Description

Renovation of a fire / police facility in Seatac, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 34,990-square-foot, two-story above grade fire / police facility.

Project No: 216-050 Technical questions and substitution requests should be SUBMITTED IN WRITING (No Telephone Calls, please) at least ten (10) working days prior to the bid date to: Erin Gocke, E-mail: Erin-Gocke@Hoffmancorp.com. The scope of work includes: Update mechanical systems to improve indoor air quality, including removal of 2 existing AHU. Upgrade electrical systems to support mechanical system modifications. Replacement of existing kitchen range including exhaust. Renovation of existing dormitory. Update communication infrastructure for expanded networking and Alert System replacement (CAD-RMS). All work must maintain current 24/7 Fire Department operations. 3 Estimate Quarter 2024 Estimate Year(12/16/2024) Technical questions and substitution request should be submitted in writing at least 10 working days prior to the bid date to Eric Gocke at erin-gocke@hoffmancorp.com .
