Description

Renovation of a fire / police facility in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 34,990-square-foot, two-story above grade fire / police facility.

The scope of work includes: Update mechanical systems to improve indoor air quality, including removal of 2 existing AHU. Upgrade electrical systems to support mechanical system modifications. Replacement of existing kitchen range including exhaust. Renovation of existing dormitory. Update communication infrastructure for expanded networking and Alert System replacement (CAD-RMS). All work must maintain current 24/7 Fire Department operations.
