Renovation of an office development in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,466-square-foot office development.
The work on this project includes construction of a separate, self-contained space (approximately 2,466 SF in floor area) in the southeast corner of the existing Warehouse E at Harbor Island for a Mill (i.e. Carpentry Shop) with adequate power, lighting, ventilation, fire protection, and dust control for the use of currently unspecified film production tenants. Work site: 3235 16th Ave SW Seattle, Washington 98134. No Pre-Bid Conference: No pre-bid conference and no site tour will be held for this solicitation.
