General Requirements - Installation Required - Insurance Required - Warranty Information Required Award Requirements - Reserve Rights to Award by Line Item Delta College is a member of the following purchasing cooperatives and consortiums and is eligible for discounted pricing under each: Hospital Purchasing Service (HPS), E&I Cooperative Service, State of Michigan MiDEAL Extended Purchasing Program, REMC, Sourcewell, TIPS, Mid-Western Higher Education Alliance, Savvik Buying Group, OMNIA, and MiCTA. Please identify any partnerships, cooperatives, contracts, etc., of which vendor is providing pricing. Vendor is not required to provide pricing under a contract but rather should provide pricing that is the most advantageous to Delta College. Delta College reserves the right to award by item, group of items, total bid, or to reject any and all bids in whole or in part and is not necessarily bound to accept the lowest bid if that bid is contrary to the best interest of Delta College. Prices must be valid for ninety (90) days from the date of the bid response. Any responses, materials, correspondence, or documents provided to the College are subject to the State of Michigan Freedom of Information Act and may be released to third parties in compliance with that Act.
