Demolition, site work and renovation of a civil project in Coeur D Alene, Idaho. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: Replacement of approximately 8,300 LF of water lines. Construction of new water storage reservoir and site improvements, pressure reducing valve station, and water treatment plant improvements. Booster station improvements include demolition and replacement of mechanical piping, pumps, fittings, valves, appurtenances and upgrades to HVAC, and electrical systems including new standby generators. Project Elements - The major project elementsfor the construction project are listed below: 1. Distribution Improvements a. Installation of water pipe, including trenching, bedding, backfill, protection of existing utilities, surface repair and service connections. b. Inclusion of valves, fittings and connections as per PLANS. c. New air relief valve vault. d. Final grading and surface repair. e. Pressure reducing valve station in Vista Heights 2. Lake Intake Pump Station a. Selective demolition of existing mechanical piping, valves and appurtenances. b. Installation (and furnishing) of two new pumps. c. Mechanical piping, including valves, fittings, pipe spools, flow meter and pipe supports. d. HVAC and ventilation. e. Electrical and controls provisions. f. Civil site and building improvements including an exterior access hatch for the culvert, concrete slab repair, and new roof hatch. 3. Vista Booster Station a. Demolition of existing mechanical piping, valves, appurtenances, electrical and controls equipment. b. Installation (and furnishing) of four new booster pumps. c. Mechanical piping, including valves, fittings, pipe spools, flow meter and pipe supports. d. HVAC and ventilation. e. Electrical and controls provisions including new standby generator. f. Civil site and building improvements including a new door, surface restoration, chain link fencing, gate, generator pad, and french drain. 4. Buckboard Tank a. Earthwork excavation, backfill, and final grading. b. New partially buried concrete water storage tank. c. Yard piping, including fittings and valves. d. Removal of the existing metal tanks. e. Civil site improvements including surface restoration, chain link fencing, and gate. 5. Water Treatment Plant Improvements a.
