Renovation of a military facility in New Orleans, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

This solicitation is to troubleshoot and repair the fir alarm panel at USCG Air Station New Orleans. All work to be completed according to the attached Statement of Work. A Firm Fixed Price Construction Order will be issued to the contractor with the lowest quote. All contractors must be actively registered in Sam.Gov Federal Acquisition Regulations and Department of Labor Wage Determination LA20240041 are attached and are applicable. Place of performance is USCG Air Station 400 Russell Avenue New Orleans, LA 70143 Period of performance is September 9th through 13th, 2024. Performance period is negotiable. Submit your quote to Wesley.K.Hanna@uscg.mil by 3:30 pm CST on 9/30/2024 Payment and performance bonds are not required. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the following unless noted below: 1. Contractor shall complete work during working hours, unless otherwise authorized by the COR 2. Below work will be completed onboard USCG AIRSTA NOLA. 3. Contractor shall protect all equipment and merchandise in work location. 4. Contractor shall provide to fire system alarm technicians to repair the fire systems on U.S. Coast Guard Air Station New Orleans. 5. Contractors shall provide all equipment required to fix fire systems when fire system faults are located
