Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
The City's Department of Health, Housing & Homelessness (HHH), will allocate up to $9,456,656 of local Workforce Housing Trust Funds (WHTF), including $1,100,000 from State of New Mexico Legislative Funding (Appropriation #I2699), towards the new construction or acquisition/rehabilitation and/or preservation of affordable mixed-income, multi-family rental housing development(s). Any development shall leverage the City's contribution in accordance with the City's Workforce Housing Ordinance, funding no more than 20% of the Total Development Cost of any one project, and provide that a minimum of 30% of all units are affordable to households at/or below 80% AMI. Proposed affordable housing development projects need to demonstrate the capacity to obtain additional project financing from available sources such as the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program, other HUD Programs, bank loans, etc. Deadline to submit Questions Jul 30th 2024, 4:00 PM MDT Online Portal HHH Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Proposals and to End The Selection Process at Its Discretion.
