UMBC is presently seeking a filter service contract to change filters in approximately thirty-three (33) buildings throughout the campus. Listed below are specifications, requirements, and procedures the contractor must be capable of providing. This agreement is anticipated to commence on September 1, 2024, for one year. This agreement shall have five (5), one (1) year renewal options at the sole discretion of the University. If either party decides not to renew the contract option in any given renewal year of the possible five (5) one-year renewal terms, this party must notify the other to the contrary, through written notice, at least thirty (30) days in advance of renewal date. This is a fixed price contract. Deadline for questions is Monday, August 12, 2024 at 4:00 PM. Questions are to be submitted in writing to Robert Johnson at rjohns12@umbc.edu The University reserves the right to cancel any resulting contract/agreement should services prove to be unsatisfactory within thirty (30) days of written notice.
