Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Whitehorse, Yukon Territory. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.

There are two buildings receiving flooring, Area 1 Takhini Arena and Area 2 Canada Games Centre: Area 1: The Takhini Arena is located at 345 Range Road, Whitehorse Yukon. The flooring being replaced is on the main floor, all hockey change rooms (4), Refers room (1), and hallway leading to change rooms, front entrance viewing area, men's washroom, women's washroom and handicap washroom. Area 2: The Canada Games Centre is located at 200 Hamilton Boulevard in Whitehorse, YT. The flooring being replaced is indicated on the attached Maps comprising of areas on the CGC NHL Ice area, Olympic Ice area and the Leisure Ice areas Interested Contractors responding to this RFT are advised that the Work required at Takhini Arena is a priority and must be completed on or before October 15, 2024. Flooring replacement at the Canada Games Centre must be completed on or before November 30, 2024.
