The work will be performed under a Single Prime Contract and consists of the construction of a raised speed table with crosswalk and pedestrian access on North Front Street in the City of Reading, Berks County, Pennsylvania to provide students of Reading Area Community College with safe connectivity and better mobility; specifically, by the North Front Street Garage. The above-referenced Project is subject to the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry Prevailing Wage Rates. Certified Payroll Reports must be submitted and approved before payments can be made.
