SCOPE OF WORK: The City of Palm Springs is requesting Bids from qualified firms to provide the City with on-call rubber and paint removal and application services at the Palm Springs International Airport (PSP). This solicitation is subject to funding by the FAA, therefore federal requirements will apply to the contract. The Bidder must have five (5) years of experience in providing airfield rubber and paint removal services at a towered airport.
