BOROUGH OF WEST CHESTER BICENTENNIAL GARAGE, LEVEL THREE TRAFFIC BEARING MEMBRANE APPLICATION Question Deadline 04/25/2025 at 4:00 PM ET The scope of work generally includes applying a traffic bearing membrane on the third level of the Bicentennial Garage and associated work. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of the Borough of West Chester, or a Bid Bond in favor of the Borough of West Chester in the amount of 10% of the bid price. Said check or bond shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner.
