Site work for a water / sewer project in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Each bid must be accompanied by a certifed check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. This project involves cured-in-place pipe lining of +-5,715 L.F. of 8-inch diameter asbestos cement gravity sewer pipe, and pressure grouting of 4 manholes. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any or all bids. Project Location: Mark Drive, Baldwin Drive, Katherine Lane, and Margaret Lane, East Goshen Township, Chester County.
