Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. The project involves the reconstruction of tennis courts, installation of asphalt paving, court surfacing and painting, fencing, and asphalt walking path in West Chester, Pa. Questions may be asked through the online system. The final date to submit questions is 5:00pm, October 1, 2024. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. This specification covers the installation of Acrylic Color System applied to concrete slab or over an existing court surface. B. Existing courts to be re-surfaced shall be cleaned using a stiff bristle broom and water-based pressure spray unit capable of generating 3500 psi at the nozzle tip, to remove all dirt and debris. C. The work to be performed under this specification includes all labor, equipment, materials and supplies necessary for the installation of the tennis courts included in this contract. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.
