The Contract includes the following Work: The Contract generally includes but is not limited to the full service of the removal and transportation (Hauling) of Dewatered Sludge (per dumpster) from the Owner's Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) to Chester County Solid Waste Authority Lanchester Landfill. The work for this project is to be completed on an as required basis to be determined by the Owner (anticipated hauling intervals are 4-5 times a week). The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. The Owner will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted via online in accordance with the Request for Proposal. Telephone inquiries are unacceptable. The West Goshen Township reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, mistakes, informalities, to accept any bid or combination of bids that are deemed to be in the best interest of the West Goshen Township, and to reject any or all proposals.
