The major work consists of the reconstruction of an alley between Granada Street and Orange Street from Tornado Avenue to Cherry Street. The time for completion is Sixty (60) working days The Contract Documents in their entirety may be examined at the following locations: AM Consulting Engineers, 5150 N. Sixth St Suite 124, Fresno, CA 93710 City Hall, 36311 Lassen Ave, Huron, CA 93234 Direct all questions for clarification of this Notice to Bidders to the Engineer in writing via email to Angela Hall at angela.hall@am-ce.com Each proposal shall be accompanied by cashier's or certified check or by a bidder's bond, made payable to the City of Huron and executed as surety by some corporation authorized to issue surety bonds in the State of California, for an amount equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the amount of said bid and no bid shall be considered unless such cashier's or certified check or bidder's bond in enclosed therewith. In accordance with the provision of Section 3300 of the Public Contract Code, at the time this contract is awarded, the Contractor shall possess a Class A California State Contractor's License. Bids are required for the entire work described herein.
