CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for all labor, materials, transportation, and incidentals necessary to provide repairs, resurfacing & restriping of (2)tennis courts, (2) handball courts and (1) Basketball Court at the following location: Washington Park 700 E Washington Blvd, Pasadena, CA 91104 The Contract resulting from this proposal is scheduled to start July 1, 2024. The Contract resulting from this proposal is scheduled to end June 30, 2025. Provide a guarantee against materials and workmanship for a period of one year from date of completion.
