The City of Pasadena's Department of Transportation is procuring signs, poles, and mounting hardware to support the city-wide installation of new multi-space parking meters. The successful bidder will be responsible for producing and delivering all required materials, including the signs, poles, and hardware. Question Submission Deadline: August 21, 2024, 1:00pm. Questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted directly through the City's eProcurement Portal Q&A function. The initial term of the contract resulting from these Specifications shall be for one year from the date of execution by the City. No optional extension periods will be included with this contract. Deficient parts will be rejected and the Contractor will be required to make the necessary adjustments or replacements. It shall be the Contractor's responsibility to pick up any rejected parts, make the necessary corrections, and deliver materials at no additional cost to the City.
