Site work for a municipal facility in Louisville, Kentucky. Working plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The owner has determined a prequalified list of general contractors. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. The Louisville/Jefferson County Metro Government ("Metro Government") is now accepting Proposals for site improvements to Metro Hall located at 527 West Jefferson Street. The project includes installing retractable security bollards and new flag poles. The process of accepting Proposals and choosing the successful proposer shall be by sealed Requests for Proposals ("RFP's") using the competitive negotiation process under KRS 45A.370. The Metro Government, if it chooses to award a contract based on this Proposal, shall do so on the basis of the Proposal which is most advantageous to it based upon the Evaluation Criteria set forth herein. (KRS 45A.370(5)). Louisville Metro is seeking to award a contract for site improvements to Metro Hall located at 527 West Jefferson Street.
