Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Newport, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and accept the lowest or best bid. The City of Newport has limited funds to undertake the described work. The project must be completed by November 15, 2024.
