The work to be performed under this contract will include the removal and replacement of existing concrete pavement, sidewalk, curb and gutter, mountable curb, gutter and walk, crosspans (10" thick), driveways, curb ramps (6" thick), inlets top and pan, earthwork, grading, and asphalt pavement. The removal and replacement of existing ADA curb ramps (6" thick). The installation of a chase drain at specific location. The contract shall be awarded based on the unit prices for the work shown in the Bid Schedules A, B & C. and the contract documents. Appendix 'A' (Initial list) represents known quantities at the time of the bid. The contractor will maintain unit prices through December 31, 2024. Bid Schedules 'A, B & C' work shall commence no later than the date on the Notice to Proceed, and shall be construction complete (including punchlist items, cleanup, and demobilize) within thirty-five (35) working days.
