Site work and paving for a civil project in Cromwell, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Cromwell Railroad Avenue & Burnett Street. Description: Project includes 600 tons bituminous paving, storm sewer improvements, geogrid installation, 600 cubic yards Class 5 and related appurtenances in the City of Cromwell, Project No. 19-619. The Contractor shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The Project is generally described as follows: 1. Railroad Avenue & Burnett Street Reconstruction which includes reclamation, storm sewer improvements and bituminous paving. 2. The Site of the Work includes property, easements, and designated work areas described in greater detail in the Contract Documents but generally located on Railroad Avenue, Burnett Street, Liquor Store Parking Lot and Cromwell Park Entrance Road. Q/A- All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Work will be substantially completed on or before September 30, 2024 and completed and ready for final payment on or before October 30, 2024.
