MnDOT requests letters of interest for a final design for a Mill and Overlay Project on Trunk Highway (TH) 73 in Carlton County from the junction of Highway 27 to 3rd Avenue North in Kettle River. This design will include roadway and drainage design with ADA improvements as well as a temporary Traffic Control Plan, Signing Plan, Lighting Plan, Public Engagement support, Environmental Documentation, and Construction Design Support. Project Goal The goal of this project is to receive a final design plan that is suitable for advertised bidding.
