Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Saint John, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Envelope upgrades including waterproofing, insulating, and the addition of new metal siding .2 Panning and sealant at windows .3 Roof modifications and new roof flashing .4 Extending envelope penetrations through the new cladding Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB. Clarifications requested by Bidders must be in writing not less than seven days before date set for receipt of Bids.
