* The pre-tender site visit date has been cancelled. The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Clearing and grubbing of existing forested area to rear of the facility. .2 Site preparations including rock removals and installation of crushed stone to provide a finished surface. .3 Construction of a new access road to the site from Water Tower Road. .4 Supply and install fencing around the perimeter of the solar photovoltaic array .5 Supply and install of a new ground mount solar photovoltaic array. Solar photovoltaic array to be a ballasted structure. Solar contractor to provide shop drawings of ballasted system including ballasts and racking system, which are required to be designed and sealed by a professional engineer licensed in the Province of New Brunswick. .6 Interconnection of solar system to existing building electrical service entrance including new electrical sub-meter to monitor generation of electricity. .7 Supply and install new shunt-trip breaker to permit automatic shut-down of solar photovoltaic system when facility enters emergency power mode. .8 Provide controls integration of electricity sub-meter. .9 Coordinate with Saint John Energy to register the site with the net-metering program. Contractor to incur all costs associated with registration to net-metering program. Contractor to support installation of new bi-directional utlity meter.
