NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD AGAINST BLANKET ORDERING AGREEMENT (BOA). The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to place an order against a preexisting BOA for the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) Funded - Midland Tower (MAF) Air Traffic Control Modernization Project located in Midland, TX. The preexisting BOA has pre-approved vendors who will bid on this opportunity. The purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA's decision to contract via the BOA. All questions pertaining to this announcement must be addressed in writing to Contracting Officer Thuylinh TranNguyen at thuylinh.t.trannguyen@faa.gov. Phone solicitation/questions will not be accepted. All communications must be submitted electronically via email. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
