The lake will not be lowered for dry conditions. All work must be facilitated from land, boat, or barge. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing all resources and expertise required for completion and acceptance of this project in accordance with this IFB, Project Specifications, Engineering Drawings, and the General Terms and Conditions for Construction attached hereto and included herein. This solicitation is issued by the Fauquier County Government Procurement Department on behalf of the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia, herein referred to for convenience as Owner.
