Renovation of a mixed-use development in South Burlington, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility; and water / sewer project.

This project will consist of, but not be limited to, hydronic heating system flush, plumbing, BMS controls, fire suppression, underground tank media blasting/coating, mechanical equipment installation, and carpet replacement. The project will be at the Vermont Air National Guard. A criminal background check is required for all personnel ifnot presently on file with the BCE and current within one year. Upon award, all employees expected to work on this project must submit paperwork provided by Project Manager for VTANG Security Staffto run required background check. For contractors that require access to a VTANG facility or installation: Contractor and all associated sub-contractors employees shall comply with adjudication standards and procedures using the National Crime Information Center Interstate Identification (NCIC-III) and Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB) (Army Directive 2014-05/AR 190-13), and applicable installation, facility and area commander installation/facility access, and local security policies and procedures (provided by a government representative).
