Completion Date: June 1, 2025 Site Directions: 6301 Wynne Creek Drive Biwabik, MN 55708 Description: State Project Number 43GR0010 Replace Metal Roof at Giants Ridge Ski Maintenance Garage A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Remove existing exposed fastener metal roof system, trim, gutters, and soffits installed over existing wood roof framing. 2. Provide plywood sheathing over existing wood framing. 3. Install new standing seam metal roof system including underlayment, trim, gutters, soffits, and roof venting.
