Remove existing adhered EPDM membrane on entire roof area approximately 1230sf; sheathing and cavity insulation on lower roof and replace all. 3.) Patch existing holes in roof substrate. Provide replacement roof ventilation and fascia. 4.) Remove speaker bracket from exterior of window and fill holes. 5.) Remove northern most speaker and associated wires housed on roof. 6.) Install speaker on light pole 20 feet north of the building utilizing owner provided conduits. The Response Form must be downloaded, completed, and uploaded with the bid before it can be posted. This solicitation includes qualification requirements.
