Renovation of a water / sewer project in Aurora, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: renovation of a water/sewer. As of December 5, 2024, a construction manager has been assigned for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. Magney Construction, Inc. is seeking qualifications from interested parties to provide contracting services for the rehabilitation of a Wastewater Treatment Facility. The rehabilitation will primarily consist of construction of a new filter and operations building, construction of a new concrete grit structure ,construction of a new concrete chlorine contact chamber, construction of a new concrete secondary clarifier control structure and associated piping, replacement of primary clarifier pumps and filter feed pumps, replacement of aeration blowers and aeration equipment, renovation of existing control building, alum building, and blower building, electrical and mechanical systemup grades, and other miscellaneous site improvements.
