Renovation of a water / sewer project in Montrose, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The City of Montrose (Owner) would hereby invite interested firms and/or individuals (Professional Service Providers) to submit a response to this Request for Qualifications & Proposal (RFQ/P) for professional services in support of the Montrose Wastewater Treatment Plant improvements Project, located at 3315 N Townsend Ave, Montrose, CO 81401. The selected Design Builder will be designing and managing the following improvements to the wastewater treatment plant: Base Scope o UV Disinfection Replacement o Brush Aerator Replacement o Regulation 85 Improvements (Biological Phosphorus Removal) Alternates (as budget allows) o Dewatering Building Improvements o Grit Collector Replacement o Blower Replacement Notice to Proceed 10.16.2024 Question Deadline 08/15/2024 at 10:00 AM MT All questions regarding this Request for Proposal shall be directed by email to Dave Bries at dbries@ci.montrose.co.us and Reilly O'Brien at reilly.obrien@dynamicpm.com. Responses will be prepared by the City in an addendum and published on the City of Montrose web site at electronically. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities and/or informalities and to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive, unbalanced, or conditional proposals. The City of Montrose complies with all Equal Opportunity requirements.
