All Points Transit is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to secure a contractor ("Contractor") to provide Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) services for the construction of a new transit center located at 1665 East Oak Grove Rd. This project encompasses the development of a state-of-the-art transit hub to accommodate increased service demands and future expansion needs. The selected Contractor will be required to collaborate closely with All Points Transit and the Stantec design team to maximize project value and integrate as many sustainable and innovative solutions as possible within budgetary constraints. The partnership will also focus on future expansion possibilities during the planning stages.
