Montrose County is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals for permitting and replacement of the South driveway at the Montrose County Justice Center, located at 1200 N. Grand Ave. Montrose, Colorado. Questions on this RFP must be submitted in writing as indicated below no later than 2:00 PM MST on July 20, 2021. Email questions to both: Kenneth E.
