The goal of this project is to identify a Preferred Development Option for the servicing approach, key drainage patterns, transportation connections, and new development blocks in the Study Area, and then to undertake Conceptual Engineering Design of the Preferred Development Option. To achieve this goal, the Consultant shall: Analyze servicing and transportation network options to inform the preparation of two (2) to three (3) Development Options, and recommend a Preferred Development Option; and Prepare a Conceptual Engineering Design and Class D Cost Estimate for the Preferred Development Option. The goal of this project is to explore 2 to 3 Development Options and then identify a Preferred Development Option for the servicing approach, key drainage patterns, transportation connections, and new development blocks in the Study Area, and then to undertake Conceptual Engineering Design of the Preferred Development Option that will allow Class D Cost Estimates to be completed.
