The City of Montpelier is accepting competitive bids to remove the debris that has accumulated underneath the Bailey Avenue Bridge located in Montpelier, VT. Debris and sediment have been displaced in the river, around the abutments, around the piers, within the beams, and along the stream banks at this location causing an immediate threat to the infrastructure and drainage systems in this area. Contractors wishing to be bid this project must be on the bidders list.
