Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Henning, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; playground / park / athletic field; playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Project will construct a 6-foot wide by 360-foot-long pedestrian suspension trail bridge including steel towers and floor system, mainline cables, anchor blocks, and helical piles. Bidders submitting bids equal to or greater than $25,000 in value are required to be licensed in accordance with state law. A statement of public contract crime status and minority business status is required in the Bid Form. Additionally, the Drug Free Workplace Affidavit and a five percent (5%) bid security is required.
