The Fallon Paiute Shoshone Tribe desires to enter into a contract with qualified, licensed, insured and experienced HVAC contractor/professional to supply labor for the removal of existing HVAC systems and the installation of a new HVAC system. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary for the completion of the contract. The construction project will be contracted by the Fallon Paiute Shoshone Tribe, hereinafter referred to as the "Tribe". The Tribe will enter into a contract with a HVAC contractor, hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor," to have the Contractor perform the removal of existing HVAC systems and replacement with new HVAC systems described in these documents. The Tribe will make payment for the work to the Contractor from available federal funds. The Contractor will not be required to enter into any form of agreement with the Federal Government. Successful Contractor will be required to submit a CleanUp and Disposal Plan in accordance with section 3.7 of the EPA's Voluntary Guidelines for Methamphetamine and Fentanyl Laboratory Cleanup (Rev. Aug. 2021) prior to contract execution for review and acceptance by the Tribe.
