Building Construction (Not Otherwise Classified),Building Construction Non-Residential (Office Bldg. etc.),Building Construction Sustainable (Green),Construction Materials (Not Otherwise Classified),Construction Vertical Concrete Pour-In-Place Form/Place/Finish,Special Construction: Observatory Security Special Rooms etc.,Trade Services Construction (Not Otherwise Classified) Contractors shall specialize or have significant experience with Rammed Earth Construction and Repairs as well as the technical staff to perform diagnostic services; provide incidental design services as needed; and to provide professionally prepared, stamped drawings, if needed, to obtain installation or construction permits. The Contractor is responsible for obtaining all required licenses, fees and permits required by government agencies to perform the work. The term of this Price Agreement shall be for one (1) year from date of award with the option to extend for a period of two (2) additional years, on a year-to-year basis, by mutual agreement of all parties and approval of the New Mexico State Purchasing Agent at the same price, terms and conditions. This Price Agreement shall not exceed three (3) years. A one hundred percent (100%) performance bond and a one hundred percent (100%) payment and material bond executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the state of New Mexico will be required of the successful bidder(s) prior to each project over twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000). Said bonds must be provided to the requesting agency and are to be filed with the agency's purchasing office. Failure to comply shall result in the order being issued to another vendor and the difference being charged back to the awarded Contractor(s).
