Collection, Transportation, Marketing, and Processing of Municipal Solid Waste, Single Stream Recyclable Materials and Yard Waste The Project Consists of Collection, Transportation, Marketing and Processing of Municipal Solid Waste, Single Stream Recyclable Materials and Yard Waste, Commencing on January 1, 2025 Through December 31, 2029, With Two (2) Additional One (1) Year Contracts at the Discretion of the Township, as Described in the Contract Documents and Specifications. Bid Security in an Amount Not Less Than 10% of the Amount of the Bid Will Be Required in the Form of a Certified Check or Satisfactory Bid Bond Made Payable to or Naming the Township of Spring as Obligee Performance and Payment Bonds, Each in an Amount Equal to 100% of the Amount of the Contract, Will Be Required.
