The bid is for the complete demolition of selected buildings along Krick Avenue. Bid date notes : Each bid must be enclosed ina sealed envelope and clearly marked for the attention of Michael Hart, Sinking Spring Borough Manager, entitled PHASE II FINAL BUILDING DEMOLITION proposal. Bid security in an amount of 10% of the bid will be required in the form of a certified check, cashiers check, bank treasurers check, or satisfactory bid bond made payable to or naming as obligee Borough of Sinking Spring. Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the amount of the contract and each with satisfactory corporate surety, will be required to be furnished by the successful bidder at the time statedin the specifications naming Borough of Sinking Spring aspayee or obligee; to be retained and applied by the undersigned in case the biddershould default in executingthe agreement or furnishingthe required bonds and insurance certificates as providedin the contract documents. The Borough of Sinking Spring reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any or all defects, errors, omissions, irregularities, or informalities in any bid for the best interests of the Borough. The Contractor agrees to furnish all labor, superintendence, materials, necessary equipment, and other utilities and facilities, to perform all work necessary for or incidental to, and perform all other obligations imposed by this Contract for, the completion ofthe Work as more fully set forth in the Instructions to Bidders for Demolition Work, all in strict accordance with the Contract Documents as prepared by the Borough.
