Site work and paving for a road / highway in Sinking Spring, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Work will include 16,680 square yards of ultra-thin bonded wearing course and replacing pavement markings on Morgan Drive. Bidders are advised that Prevailing Minimum Wage Rates are not required by this Contract. All Work must be completed between July 14, 2025 and August 22, 2025. If designated as the successful bidder, the contractor will begin work on the date specified in the Notice to Proceed or otherwise provided in the General Specifications/Special Provisions and will complete all work within Ninety (90) calendar days, from Notice to Proceed. Questions Due Date Online Portal Deadline to submit Questions Apr 14 2025, 12:00 PM EDT Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Proposal Security equaling ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal. Proposals shall be effective for forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of opening. The OWNER reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals or portions thereof. Certain portions of the project may be modified or eliminated due to budget limitations if necessary.
