The Scope of Work The County of Monmouth is requesting proposals be submitted by interested Consultants to provide professional engineering services for the Inspection and Contract Administration for the Intersection Improvements at County Route 516 (Leonardville Road) and East Road in the Township of Middletown, Monmouth County, New Jersey. The DBE participation requirement for the project is a minimum 0% of the total project cost. Questions concerning the Request for Proposals should be directed to Monmouth County Purchasing at ProposalQuestions@co.monmouth.nj.us by noon on Friday, August 16, 2024. The anticipated duration of the contract is 280 calendar days from the date of the fully executed construction contract. The construction completion date will be determined as per the construction contract documents. expected to be received in the fall of 2024. Consultant will include a Notice to Proceed (NTP) letter demarking the start of construction. Construction Support Services (CSS) for this project will be performed under a separate contract. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the County of Monmouth. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
