The goal of this project is to expand Terminal 3 by approximately 631,022 gross square feet and to renovate approximately 516,644 gross square feet of the existing facility. The terminal will remain in operation throughout the project and will require extensive phasing. This will include upgrading building systems, seismic retrofit, improving passenger flow, enhancing the passenger experience, and new gates to maximize flexibility. Turner is seeking prequalification submissions for the SFO Terminal 3 West Modernization project BG 09 TP 83 Roofing #1 scope of work. The scope of work includes TPO roofing, substrate board, vapor retarder, insulation, cover board, rubberized asphalt waterproofing, traffic coating, walkway pads and pavers, sheet metal flashing and counterflashing, and roof hatches for west addition, F-Plaza, Mods 0-2 along with SOC and pre-security penthouse.
