Renovation of a transportation facility in San Francisco, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
Phased Construction is underway. Estimate = total project construction cost estimate. Original solicitation referenced below for historical data purposes. The Courtyard 4 Connector (C4C) Project is a new 7-story core-and-shell building, part of the overall Terminal 3 West (T3W) Modernization Project. The T3W Project will renovate the western half of Terminal 3 to the same level of passenger experience that was achieved in the other airport terminal projects. The Courtyard 4 Connector Building will be built between Terminal 3 and the International Terminal (ITB) and will include secure passenger corridors and baggage handling systems connecting T3 and ITB. Additionally, the project will consist of space for offices, assembly (passenger lounges), airport employee amenity space, Customs & Border Protection (CBP) One-Stop passenger security screening checkpoint, loading dock, rooftop mechanical penthouse, and mechanical system upgrades within the existing pump station. Level 1 of C4C is open to the airfield and apron program while levels 2 and 3 are directly connected to T3 and are considered as an extension of that building for egress and plumbing fixture provisions.
