As of August 30, 2024 project was awarded to Industrial and Environmental Concepts, awarded amount is $1,273,531.50. The detailed work and quantities thereof, for the above mentioned work, are included in the complete specifications and plans for the project. Generally, the project consists of installing 144,000 square feet of a 60-mil HDPE dual liner and 100-mil HDPE cover systems. HDPE pipe connections for wastewater and biogas into and from lagoon to embankment perimeter will be included. Lagoon earthwork is being provided separately. All bids must be made up on the forms provided by the City of North Platte and must be legibly written in ink or typewritten. Only one bid is allowed per bidder. No alterations in the proposal by erasures or interlineations will be permitted unless initialed by the bidder. Bids made up on blanks other than those furnished by the City will be rejected. The City of North Platte reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any or all informalities in any proposal. The City of North Platte reserves the sole right to determine the type of equipment and material which will serve its best interests, based on its own comparative estimates, and on its own evaluation of the same, and award contract accordingly.
