Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment in order to remove and replace a failed fire pump driver/engine at the Armed Forces Reserve Center (AFRC) for the Louisiana Department of Military Affairs (DMA) as per Attachment C-Specifications. This solicitation is for the Repair/Replacement of a Fire Pump for the Louisiana Department of Military Affairs (DMA) located at the Armed Forces Reserve Center (AFRC) 8110 Innovation Park Drive, Baton Rouge, LA 70820. In accordance with La. R.S. 37:2165 C, anyone objecting to the above classification(s) must send a certified letter to both the Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors and the Office of State Procurement. The letter must be received no later than 10 working days prior to the day on which the bid is to be opened. For any bid submitted in the amount of $50,000 or more, a bid security (insurance company, bank money order, certified check, or cashier's check) must be included with the bidder's submission in the sum of 5% of the amount bid (including base bid and additive alternates, if any) and shall become the property of the Agency in the event the contract and bond are not executed within the time set forth in the bid solicitation.
