Original solicitation for historical purposes: The goal of this project is to expand Terminal 3 by approximately 631,022 gross square feet and to renovate approximately 516,644 gross square feet of the existing facility. The terminal will remain in operation throughout the project and will require extensive phasing. This will include upgrading building systems, seismic retrofit, improving passenger flow, enhancing the passenger experience, and new gates to maximize flexibility. Trade Package Scope Description: Turner is seeking prequalification submissions for the SFO Terminal 3 West Modernization Project BG 15 TP 201 Construction Hoist. The scope of work is to provide dual personnel and material hoist to support the SFO T3W West Addition project. Base scope includes west addition only, alternate to be provided for east addition.
