Engineer's Estimate: $40,000 Description of Work: The project scope provides installation of optical fiber cable within existing ducts and handholes along Foster Road and the Peninsula area in Iowa City. The scope includes cable removal along a portion of the route to make space for new cable. The majority of the installation is within newly installed vacant 2" HDPE duct and handholes. The scope also requires installation of spare mule tape, tracer wire for locating purposes, and termination hardware.
