Monthly and yearly maintenance of the water moving through and around three cooling towers IAW attached Scope of Work. If you have any questions, please submit Request for Information (RFI) to Dale C Clark via email @ dale.clark@ihs.gov by 13 AUG 24, 1:00 PM MST. RFIs submitted after 13 AUG 24 will not be considered. This is a combine synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the reference number is IHS1495997. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-77 and the Health and Human Services Acquisition Regulation (HHSAR). The Offeror(s) must propose on an all or none basis. Written proposals are required (oral offers will not be accepted). Award will be made using Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13.5. This award will be a Firm Fixed Price. Please include ueiSAM. The NAICS Code is 325998 All Other Miscellaneous Chemical Product and Preparation Manufacturing.
